1. After downloading and installing HHOTTView, look for the HHOTT button in your browser's "toolbar area.
" If you do not see
the button, please right mouse
click the browser toolbar area in the newly opened browser window and
make sure HHOTTView is selected and the HHOTT button is displayed.
If the HHOTT button still does not appear, please consult the Help/FAQ section for further advice.

2. Simply mouseover
the green safe preview icon next to a
text or image link and a preview window instantly appears with
the linked content. No more clicking back and forth! Initially,
you will see a gray preview icon while waiting the safe
browsing feature to be set up in a few minutes. It may be OK but please be cautious to mouseover the gray preview icon.

please do not
mouseover the icon or click the link because it may be linked to a phishing page or a page containing
viruses or other
malware. If you don't see the preview icon when you mouseover a text or image link,
please consult the Help/FAQ section

3. Click and drag the preview window title bar area to move the preview window to anywhere you want. Click and drag the borders or corners to resize the preview window. If you use two monitors,
move the preview window to the second monitor
for the best viewing experience. |

4. Click the Lock icon in the preview window title bar area to change it to the Unlock icon so the preview window can
disappear
by itself after the page the content is displayed for a short while. |

5. Click the HHOTT button and uncheck Enable Preview in the dropdown menu if you want to disable the preview function. You
can select Enable
Preview again in the dropdown menu to restore the preview function. |

Any web site that displays a list of text or image links on the web page is
a good candidate for using the HHOTTView add-on for fast clickless browsing. These include:
1. Media sharing sites such as Flickr and YouTube for viewing photos and videos
2. Search engine sites such as Google , Yahoo , and Windows Live for viewing search results
3. Dating sites such as Match.com and Yahoo Personals for viewing member profiles and photos
4. News and forums sites such as CNN , NEWS.com , Mashable , and TechCrunch for viewing news, listings, and messages
5. Social networking sites such as facebook and Myspace for viewing member profiles, photos, and videos
6. Shopping and auction sites such as Amazon.com and eBay for viewing products and listings
7. Blogging sites such as Xanga and LiveJournal for viewing member profiles and blogs
8. Job search sites such as Monster.com and Yahoo hotjobs for viewing job listings
9. Wikipedia and P2P file sharing sites for viewing and downloading rich media content |
| As you can see the HHOTTView add-on can be used on almost every web site and it will work best if you use a large monitor or two monitors. If you use 2 monitors, you can place and lock the preview window in one monitor while safely and clicklessly browsing the content of the web site in another monitor. |
